T&Cs for Instagram Summer Essentials Giveaway
Promoter: Coty UK&I, Eureka Science Park, Ashford, Kent TN25 4AQ (“Coty”)
1. Entry to Coty’s prize draw run via Instagram (“Prize Draw”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, except employees of the Promoter or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. However, you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the programme.
3. To enter the Prize Draw, you must follow @maxfactor on Instagram, like and tag a friend in the comments of the Instagram video by 23:59 on 06/06/2025.
4. There is a limit of one entry per person. In the event of multiple entries being received from one Instagram account, the first entry only will be accepted/Entries made through agents, third parties, organized groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
5. There will be 1 prize winner.
6. The winner will receive A Maxfactor summer essentials package containing 1 pc FLE Supreme Recharge Mascara, 4 pcs Miracle Pure Luminous Touch Blush & Highlighter Balms, 7 pcs Miracle Pure Lip Enhancer, 5 pcs Masterpiece Wow Liners, 1 pc Skin Reset Serum Foundation.
7. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by 12/06/2025 and notified within 7 days after the closure of the giveaway by comment and private message.
8. Unless otherwise stated, the winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Coty reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. By entering the Prize Draw entrants acknowledge that certain elements of the prize are outside of Coty’s control and Coty will not be liable for any such instances and Coty will not be liable for the use by the winner of the prize obtained in the Prize Draw
10. Any decision of Coty as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Coty accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of https://www.instagram.com or any other reason.
11.The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives in whole or in part.
12. Coty reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
13. Coty reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and Instagram’s terms of service.
14. The winners’ surnames and counties will be available on request for one month after the prize has been claimed by sending an email to maxfactor@cotyinc.com. Entrants may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to maxfactor@cotyinc.com by 30/06/2025. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
